Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working in TV and film is most well-known for her roles in films like Rush and Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born the only child to Romanian actors Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her showbiz career in the early years of her life. By the time she reached the age of sixteen, she had secured prominent roles in a variety of shows on television. Her fame was due to her performance in Der Tunnel.
